Terms and Conditions of Use

Article 1: Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the Terms) govern the use of the Be Nat Home platform, available at be-nat-home.com. By signing up to the platform, the user accepts these Terms without reservation.

Article 2: Access to the service

Be Nat Home is open to adult individuals who practise naturism. Membership is annual and subject to approval by the Be Nat Home team. Any false declaration leads to immediate termination of the account.

Article 3: The nights system

The platform runs on a nights exchange system:

  • 27 nights are offered to each new member after the checks (since approval is also by peers).
  • Every night spent hosting a member credits the host's account with one night.
  • Every night of stay at a member's home draws one night from the visitor's account.
  • Nights cannot be converted into money and are non-refundable.

Article 4: Members' obligations

Each member agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information about their profile and their home.
  • Respect the rules of courtesy and mutual respect specific to the naturist community.
  • Not use the platform for commercial purposes.
  • Report any inappropriate behaviour to the Be Nat Home team.

Article 5: Legal framework for naturism

Naturism is a legal practice in France, governed in particular by:

  • Law no. 95-73 of 21 January 1995 on the orientation and programming of security.
  • Article 222-32 of the Criminal Code, which distinguishes exhibitionism from naturism practised in suitable spaces.

Be Nat Home cannot be held liable for uses contrary to the legislation in force.

Article 6: Liability

Be Nat Home is a platform that puts people in touch. As such, the company cannot be held liable for damage related to exchanges between members, to the content of homes or to incidents occurring during stays. Each member is responsible for their commitments and their conduct.

Article 7: Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data collected is used solely to run the platform and is never sold to third parties.

Article 8: Termination

Be Nat Home reserves the right to terminate any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice or refund. The user may also end their membership by contacting the team at contact@be-nat-home.com.

Article 9: Amendments to the Terms

Be Nat Home reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be informed by email of any substantial change. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Article 10: Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts. For any dispute, an amicable settlement will first be sought through our mediation service available at contact@be-nat-home.com.
