How does it work?

Host, top up your balance, set off again!

Three naturist families swapping their homes
  1. When you sign up*: we credit your balance with 7 welcome nights to take your first naturist stay.

  2. After your first time hosting, receive 10 extra nights.
As soon as you get your first positive review: receive 10 more nights!

  3. You build up more than 27 nights in your balance.

*After your profile is approved.

What are the advantages of a 'bricks and mortar' home?

It lets you extend the season beyond April to September!

Practising naturism in season is most often tied to campsites. As well as offering comfortable facilities, a solid home in these times of global climate change is sometimes more pleasant: no more scorching days with no shelter, a tent or caravan baking in the sun at the little ones' nap time! No more cold, rainy weeks in July or August with no real chance to practise! No more days so hot that the shared pool is no longer enough to cool you down, even in the nude!

What if not everyone in the family practises naturism?

In a private home, everyone lives as they wish. In campsites, by contrast, communal life calls for nudity as soon as the weather allows. Our offer therefore lets families whose members are not all naturists spend holidays together with peace of mind.

We answer your questions

1. Sign-up & Approval

How do I sign up?
Follow our 5-step path: contact details → bank authorisation → identity documents → description of your home → approval within 48h.
What documents do I need to provide?
Required: identity card (or any other photo document that proves your identity) + proof of address < 3 months old. You can upload several documents for identity (a photo ID that links you to your profile).
Optional: FFN licence (-10% on your annual subscription) or IFN or any other national naturist licence, clean criminal record.
Why a bank authorisation?
To secure the commitments made within the community. No charge is taken at sign-up, only after your supporting documents and your listing have been checked.

2. The Nights System

How do the nights work?
At sign-up: 7 welcome nights in your balance (subject to profile approval).
Hosting a stay tops up your balance. Taking a stay draws it down.
Why 7 nights to start?
So you can take a stay straight away and get exchanges going within the community.
How do I know how much a stay will cost me (in nights)?
Each night spent in a home removes one night from your balance.

3. How Usable a Home Is

How do I judge whether a home is usable for a naturist stay?
A "usable naturist home" means being able to move around nude comfortably across a significant majority of the space. See our "Our values" page and French regulations on practising naturism in private spaces.

How to assess usability precisely?
100%: Garden screened from public view + all indoor rooms + entrance
80%: Enclosed garden (a few exceptions) + all indoor rooms usable
60%: Garden partly usable OR one indoor room excluded
BELOW 60% = HARD to live nude with peace of mind
A few adjustments at home will let you join us soon.

Flats exception: Some flats with no overlooking views in a large city can work for discovering the city.

A reliable rating system:
When publishing, the owner rates how usable their home is. 40% of the final score is then made up of reviews from successive guests.

Why such a strict threshold? You expect to live nude normally: cooking, relaxing, sleeping... not getting dressed again the moment you step inside!
Choose a home that gives you real naturist comfort so you feel "at home".

4. Exchanges & Stays

How do I organise an exchange?
Publish your listing, get in touch and chat with the owners you like, then book with your nights.
Being away and entrusting my property? Liability, loan-for-use agreement (commodatum)
The exchange takes place under a free loan-for-use agreement (art. 1875 of the French Civil Code), covered by the guest's personal liability insurance: this agreement will be provided to you.

As a host, you provide a clean, safe home and list what may be used. A template inventory of fixtures is provided (noting fragile/valuable items). Its use is optional but strongly advised. You can take before/after inventory photos to avoid any misunderstanding.

The guest agrees to treat your home as their own, or even better! To leave the place exactly as they found it. To report any incident immediately.

Post-stay reviews: every host and guest leaves a review. A spotless home means positive reviews, and more future exchanges within the community!

In the event of damage: the guest's liability insurance must step in (don't forget to ask for proof!). The parties settle directly between themselves (see the closing note of the provided inventory).

Our community runs on a high level of trust and mutual respect; in exceptional cases, mediation by us is possible.
Being away and entrusting my pets / plants, my belongings?
You freely decide what you share:

Happy to share:
Plants: simple watering or precise instructions
Pets: walks, medication, emergency vet
Car, bike, leisure equipment

To keep safe:
Valuables: put away before leaving
Fragile items: note them in the inventory
Private spaces: marked 'PRIVATE', to be kept closed.

Before accepting a stay: talk directly with the guest to set these points out precisely!
For pets/plants: you can make a HOME BOOK with all the instructions in one place.

In any case, with no obligation: list everything in your listing/agreement. Overall before/after photos for extra peace of mind.

By respecting this framework fully, you secure a positive post-stay review and your future exchanges within the community.
I want to travel with my children. How does it work?
Families are welcome in our community!

Prior discussions: host and guest agree the rules together (areas to use, fragile items...).

Legal framework: Family naturism is legal in France. Law no. 68-1197 of 27/11/68 only punishes deliberate sexual exhibition in public, NOT family naturism in private homes.

The post-stay review should encourage respect for the rules so you can keep enjoying these unforgettable family stays for a long time.

Example: "You exchange with a family of 2 adults + 2 children (5 and 8 years old). You set out your habits before accepting. Everything is clear!"
Are there any per-stay fees?
No, only the annual subscription of €55 (€49.50 for FFN / IFN members, or another national federation). In the loan-for-use agreement, an owner may arrange for running costs (water, electricity, heating/air conditioning…) to be covered, with no obligation. This is to be agreed between host and guest.
Can I exchange internationally?
Yes, anywhere a home is usable, while respecting that country's rules on practising naturism.

5. Safety and privacy

Can my home be identified from my listing?
No, your anonymity is preserved.

Public information in the listing:
Region/department (e.g. "Northern Brittany")
Type of property (e.g. "Detached house with enclosed garden")
% naturist usability
Exterior photos blurred or taken from a distance

Geolocation: On the search map, an approximate position to within 1 km at most (no exact pinpoint).

Confidential information (only after mutual agreement):
Exact address and access code → sent directly by the host, never by the site.
The host sends the guest directly: detailed interior photos, personal contact details.

Why this approach?
Choosing on practical criteria while protecting your privacy. The precise address only comes into play once the nights are confirmed and the loan-for-use agreement signed.

6. I do not practise naturism

I do not practise naturism but I value my privacy and discretion. Can I be part of the community?
Absolutely yes! Your home has its full place if it offers real privacy.

Hosting criteria for non-naturists:
Enclosed garden: law no. 95-73: OPAQUE fence at least 1.80 m (mandatory height).

WATCH OUT for overlooking views: the neighbour's first-floor (UK, i.e. above the ground floor) window must be at least 1.90 m from your property boundary (French Civil Code art. 678). Beyond that, a straight view onto your garden is legal, but your guests might feel uncomfortable practising naturism.

You enjoy all the benefits:
Welcoming people who will appreciate your place
Building up nights in your balance
Setting off in turn to other homes suited to your wishes

Who knows? In a 100% usable home, you might give naturism a try... and trying it is often adopting it! Naturist guests will respect your choice, tolerance is part and parcel of our practice. Total discretion on both sides.

Example: "Your country house with an enclosed garden (60% usable) appeals to a naturist family. You set off for 2 weeks in another discreet home with your 14 earned nights!"

We value every owner who offers privacy, trust and respect.
